Gainesville Coins Review

Gainesville Coins is a dealer of physical gold, silver, platinum and palladium coins and bullion and operate online as GainesvilleCoins.com. Gainesville Coins is located in Lutz, FL and may be most well known for their wide selection of certified and rare gold and silver bullion coins and pre-1933 US Gold coins.

Gainesville Coins Product Selection and Pricing

Gainesville Coins tend to have a larger selection of bullion coins and graded coins compared to some of their competitors. Overall, Gainesville Coins stays fairly competitive with their pricing on gold and silver bullion and have generally low premiums for bullion. Though Gainesville has one of the largest selections of coin products, they do also have a wide variety of gold and silver bullion bars.

Gainesville Coins Shipping Rates

Unlike some of their competitors, Gainesville doesn’t provide free shipping on large orders, but do have very reasonable shipping and insurance rates whether you’re buying an ounce of silver or a Kilogram bar of gold.

Gainesville Coins Customer Service

Gainesville Coins’ customer service representatives don’t work off of commission and there are no hidden fees once you’ve added the shipping costs into the price of your order. This has certainly helped their reputation in the gold and silver retail industry.

Gainesville Coins Website

Gainesville Coins website is fairly easy to navigate and their checkout process is simple and secure. They make it easy for you to find exactly what you are looking for. Their customer service staff is very personable and honest, and overall Gainesville is a reputable company that you should feel confident placing an order with.

Gold and Silver Inventory Review

GainesvilleCoins.com stocks probably one of the largest selections of gold and silver coins and bullion. They not only sell some of the most popular bullion and coins but also some harder to find, more rare unique and graded silver and gold coins and medallions. This is what makes them different from a lot of other dealers who focus mainly on bullion. This is great if you are a collector but probably not the best if you are just looking for good old bullion.

Gainesville Coins IRA Program

Gainesville Coins offers an IRA Program with four custodians to choose from as well as secure storage. They stock an extremely wide variety of IRA eligible Gold, Silver and Platinum bullion which can be convenient.

They have a great reputation in the industry and continue to provide their customers with the best online buying experience possible.

No complaints

Placed an order for some NGC graded american silver eagles. Got what I ordered in the time frame they gave me. Was packaged well and the coin holders where in good condition. No complaints here, but I think I will try out a new dealer next month for some non graded bullion coins.

Great for graded coins

Jan 15, 2014 by Rebecca

I sometimes like to invest in graded Silver eagles from various years. I've found Gainesville to have one of the widest ranges of these coins and their prices are fairly reasonable. Wouldn't recommend buying bullion here though as it seems to be a little bit more expensive than some other online dealers.

Good service, quick delivery

Nov 09, 2013 by George

After doing some research on different Gold dealers, I ended up going with Gainesville. I am an avid collector of rare Gold coins and decided to purchase a $10 liberty head coin graded by ngc. I received my order in a timely fashion and the coin was as promised.
